How does it work?
By deep relaxation, one can see themselves as they would like to be, and then map out, in their mind, how to achieve their goals, without the 'critical faculty' telling them that they cannot achieve.
Considering the amount of negative messages we recive through our lives, without us being aware of it, it is not surprising that we limit ourselves by our own beliefs. By altering that belief system we can achieve the things we thought were not possible.
How long does it take?
Small changes usually occur after the first session, and this facilitates the growth of the individual through the following sessions. The number of sessions depend on the needs of the client, however most clients achieve vast changes within 4-6 sessions.
